I really want to get an apple gift card recipe but I don’t know if they have it! I REALLY GO THERE BUYING ROBUX :P

the people are friendly and the money that was put into the “card” was the same amount. but they put it in receipt form. like what if I want to give it to someone as a gift? I can’t just give them a receipt.

Thank god i found this place i bought a robux gift card for 20 dollers . I purposely told them to give me two 10 but she only gave me a 20 and it was in a reciept form so they could change it and i asked them for a refund and they wouldnt give me it so i left really bad customer survice and high tax . Never coming back .

I stopped by this store a few days ago to buy a gift card as a gift, and I was surprised when the owner told me there would be an extra “charging” fee added on top of the card’s value. I’ve never been asked to pay a separate fee for a gift card before, so it immediately felt off. I asked if the fee could be removed and where the policy was posted, but I was just told it was “store policy.” There was nothing displayed about it anywhere in the store, and it wasn’t mentioned until I was already at the register. That lack of transparency didn’t sit right with me and was extremely rude and didn’t seem welcoming upon the question being asked, they can not charge fees for non open loop cards but they did charge fees for non open loop cards, and also charge a fee for all their cards. I decided not to go through with the purchase and later filed a report. If you think you may have been charged an improper fee for a gift card here for no reason, you can file a complaint with the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection or the Federal Trade Commission. They can look into situations like this and help if needed and no store policy about an illegal fee is over the law so be careful. I’m sharing this so others are aware. Just be sure to ask questions if you’re being charged unexpected fees, and both digital and physical cards do not need a fee at all especially if they are not open loop cards.
