I had such a wonderful experience at this physical therapy office! The therapists are not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive. I particularly benefit from my Pilates sessions with Adele, who takes the time to explain each movement and tailor every session to my body’s needs. Each session feels both therapeutic and energizing. The space itself is bright, clean, and welcoming. Edgar at the reception is friendly and very client-oriented, making every visit a pleasure. Arina, the owner, has created an environment that truly feels like a place for healing and wellness, not just rehab — from the comfortable heated massage tables to every thoughtful detail. I love that they even provide fresh exercise clothes and a make-up pad to freshen up after your session. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or simply looking to move better and feel stronger, I can’t recommend this office enough.

I worked with Rita as my physical therapist. She’s dedicated and committed to improving my neck/back pain. I’ve learned a lot of helpful tips and exercises from her. An interesting twist is that it’s Pilates based. Rita is also super personable and the whole staff is so accommodating. Definitely recommend going a minimum of twice a week. This way you can take advantage of the great benefits they offer.

I can't express in words how wonderful the staff are at Grand Central Pain Relief. Adela has been a blast to work with. Firstly, Her smile and energy are infectious. But, most importantly, her expertise and understanding in physical therapy are second to none. Maiko's skills in acupuncture can loosen the tightest muscles. If given the option, I would go specifically for her acupuncture. All in all, I can't recommend this clinic enough.

I've had such an amazing experience in this office!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The office is always nice and clean and pleasure to be in. I came here for acupuncture to help me with my fertility issues and it was a great and very helpful experience. I did get pregnant after a couple of months of doing acupuncture and massage for stress relief. Anna, the physical therapist is just such a caring person; she is extremely knowledgeable with her skills and very gentle with her technique and approach to patients. I am so happy I found this place by recommendation of a friend and I highly recommend it to anyone suffering from any pain or who needs some fertility help like I did

I've been going to Grand Central Pain Relief for almost a year now for chronic back, neck and shoulder pain and I really can't say enough about how wonderful the therapists are here and how nice the facilities are. Rita, in particular, has helped me so much in dealing with my injuries/surgeries and I love that she incorporates Pilates into therapy sessions. The one-on-one attention is something I've rarely experienced at other physical therapy places in the city. The front desk staff is also incredibly helpful and responsive. And the office itself is great; everything is always super clean and it's in a convenient location.
