Andy helped me a lot, when I start looking for an apartment there was no luck within the 2month, I was so frustrated and tired because there is a lot if agents but less apartment so far, and I saw Andy posted an advertisement I called him right away and he made an appointment for me, as we agreed he showed me the same exact apartment which I liked, process was really quick it seems Onwer also wanted to give me, and we applied, morning of the next day Andy called me with good news which they signed the lease I was so happy to hear that, Thank God finally we got an apartment, and many thanks to Andy he was very professional from the beginning! Definitely recommend this company!

This guys know their job and how to get a good deal, it’s been very tough to find an apartment lately, especially without necessarily documents, in my situation I’m an international student without credit score and income in US, just arrived NY and my school getting started but I was really frustrated to find an apartment, and after a long search I decided to work with Andy, he showed me 4 options and didn’t charge for any application or hidden fees, when I got rejected twice because they couldn’t do my background check which I don’t have any credit history in US. Andy still didn’t give up, and finally he got me an apartment which I’m very happy with, and also negotiated the price in favor to me, obviously students usually wanna save money right?) so definitely recommend this company and their agents! They will help you, no matter what situation is.

This is a very reliable company. I worked with Andy and he is a really good person. He helps us to find our home exactly as we were looking for. He was very kind and professional. I also recommended a friend and he got his apartment very quick. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Danny and andy thank you soo much. They helped us to get an apartment. Very patient, understanding. Very professional how they dealt with us. They always gives us choices that we might like. They are legit and very eeasy to deal with. Legit! Thank you soo much! I will highly recommend them. At this time, we just signed our contract with our new apartment.

Avoid this company if you could! I should really look through all the reviews before doing business with them. Andy is my tenant's agent, he brought the tenant to see my house around 10pm, I asked Andy more than once, how many people is going to live in the house, he told me it's going to be four, a couple and two lovely kids around 13&11(which is not true, I spoke to tenant the next day, he told me total is going to be 7ppl). Then I asked why did they move? Andy told me the old landlord is selling the house and the new landlord is going to move in. (NOT TRUE AGAIN!!! I Google the house it's not on the market! They lied everything they could to finish their job and get commission!) Then I asked him where they from? He told me Nepal. (AGAIN! NOT TRUE, I don't understand why did he lied about this too?? The tenants were from Pakistan, and I was in the office this morning, he told every owner the tenants are from Nepal, I don't know why). I'm not experienced owner, so I trust everything Andy told me that night and signed the contract without reviewing the words that Andy promised he's going to put down on the contract. As soon as I found out the truth next day, I spoke to tenant that I can't rent the house to them because Andy gave me the false informations, the tenant is a really nice guy, he agreed on cancelling the contract, BUT!!!! the broker fee is not refundable, if my tenant wants to keep looking for a house, he needs to pay another broker fee or I should. Trust me, avoid this company or you will regret.
