Great Scot Cleaner

Waste of time and money! If you can’t clean the simple faint blood stain, what’s the point of being a dry cleaner. Or at least communicate with customer what you can or cant do before taking the item. I could’ve gone to a better dry cleaner. Ruined my husband’s custom made very expensive suit piece.

Terrible place. We live right across the street so we decided to go here for our alterations. They are extremely rude, and if they feel the clothes are not too expensive they tell you to just buy something else. WTH!? I like these clothes regardless of price, I’m here for an alteration... not your opinion! Their work is not even great. Won’t be going here anymore!

This cleaner gives you excuses to cover their unprofessional works. They never say sorry and not willing to make correction. They put their mistakes on customer's. Found the reason for the low star ratings through experience

Tldr owner is rude and incompetent. Recently moved to the area and wanted to find a reliable cleaner. Had some clothes with stains that should've come out easily and asked the owner to make sure the stains came out when I and dropped off the clothes. Surprise, the stains didn't come out at all and the owner refused to try again when I was willing to pay. Clothes Also looked the exact same as I dropped them off... Also saw the owner interacting with other business owners and was yelling at them.

Horrible service, do not got there! They ruined my cloths and did not apologize. They just tried to fix it on their own terribly and said they didn’t do anything. They even cursed me out in Korean and threatened me. What terrible human beings and they should not be in business!
