STOP! Do not look for any other company!! I became in charge of my deceased relative's estate after her passing more than a year ago. Because it took so long to get permission from the Surrogate Court of Queens, her hoarder condo unit sat for a year plus, in the heat of last summer, filled with trash, food, garbage...with me unable to remove anything! What a nightmare. I was scared every time I had to go in because of the cockroaches and whatever else was underneath all the mess! When I did go in, I dressed in full PPE- that is how bad it was. I had researched different clean out companies and decided to use GreenEx. Frank came out and reviewed the situation and gave me a quote (2 days to empty the place, and 1 day to "deep clean") and good advice. But I had to wait 16 months before I could use GreenEx's service due to the Court. David has since taken the reins of this amazing group. He dealt with the rules of the condo, producing a COI that they required. The team works like a well oiled machine. He communicated with me in a very timely manner, and I never felt ignored. After working together for so long, the team of 4 guys anticipate each other's needs and it is like an assembly line. We were on the top floor of an apartment building with one very small elevator. With multiple trash bins and dollies, they removed everything that I asked (even some things I later added when I was able to see that the furniture was not worth saving...). They emptied two large storage units in the building.I was able to enter previously blocked off rooms, and they were helpful in looking for valuable papers and items. They worked steadily, taken only a very short "water break"! I was also impressed that David took the time to set aside things that he knew would be good donations to the church, and he brought them over at the end of the job. Their hearts are in the right place. BUT the most amazing part of what they did was how they deep cleaned the place. Using their "miracle" cleaner and a lot of elbow grease, they scrubbed, vacuumed, mopped, vacuumed again, polished, mopped again... until the place was unrecognizable! The hardwood floors and kitchen tile that were previously covered with layers of dirt, grime, dust, rodent droppings... became revived! The kitchen went from being scary to just outdated. The bathroom which was piled high with stuff making the tub and toilet awful, were washed back to WHITE and the mirrors and shelving were individually cleaned and polished. The living room floors which were black with dirt, were now gleaming and a showpiece of the apartment! They cleaned all the windows, which had been so dirty and almost opaque, and I was left with an apartment with a beautiful view of Manhattan! Incredible! People who had seen the apartment in its hoarding stage were stunned at the transformation. And EVERYONE who has seen the before and after photos and videos immediately asked, "Who did you use!!?" I am grateful for the team's professionalism, reliability, flexibility, cheerfulness in the face of daunting hard work, and for them giving me back some order in my life so I can move forward with selling the place. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I recommend them WITHOUT reservation. I am sure you can find someone who might quote you a lower price (or higher too), but these guys were honest and so easy to work with. I could have never gotten through this without them.

Our church was so pleased with the work of GreenEx Corp. From the first contact with Frank who was very pleasant and professional; we knew this was the right company. The workers Darron, Nick &Jeffrey are excellent workers who arrived on time ready to get the job done. They were respectful, professional and hardworking. They worked together as a team and did the job in a timely manner. Frank was fair and reasonable with the cost and always responded to any questions and concerns. We will recommend this company to other churches and friends who need this type of service. It was a great experience and we are very satisfied with the results. We plan to use them again for other projects in the future. Blessings.

We were desperate to address a bedbug problem in our ward's apartment, but before the exterminators could do a thorough job, some of the infested furniture and many books had to be removed. David told us that they could safely remove the furniture, complying with our co-ops protocols, and remove grass-cloth wall-coverings, wall-to-wall carpeting as well. To make the apartment livable again, the GreenEx team did repairs, plastered and painted, then did a complete clean-up, hung artwork and moved the remaining furniture back into place. Our 101 year old ward is happily back home. The team was pleasant to work with, flexible and very professional.

David and his team were very professional and easy to work with. My late sister's apartment was a hoarder's nightmare, filled with papers, trash and dozens of boxes she had never unpacked in 20 years. David patiently unpacked each one with me to determine what, if anything, I wanted to keep and what to throw away or donate. On the second day he and his workers did an amazing deep clean that rescued a stove that looked like it was ready for the trash heap. Unfortunately the toilet and bathtub were rusty beyond repair but the bathroom and kitchen ended looking rather presentable. I would whole-heartedly recommend GreenEx for clean-out and clean-up services.

Scammed a medically unwell, solo young female, who was desperate and in a vulnerable position after being screwed by a previous cleaner, who wiped out her ENTIRE bank account for legitimate help and for the sake of her health. I did the right things - asked for refund, re-clean, insurance. Nope. It’s not just that I was overcharged - the job wasn’t done at all. Unfortunately for them this job entailed wiping off a green substance from apartment, so it’s easily proven. Everything was left even worse, dirty, and damaged. Will upload endless evidence. Came, left early without telling me or without a walk through, took advantage that I wasn’t going to be there. Grabbed the money and ran. Will edit with the photos and more detailed information. I’ve never been scammed like this before. Added info: They charge 875 for two people for the day for top to bottom clean. I said I can’t pay that much. So the number of people was cut in half. Somehow it was still 600 dollars which is more than half that cost. I sent an insanely detailed list of things to do and suggestions on how I would like it cleaned. He was supposed to do all the important things first and if there was time would do the walls. It’s a tinyyy less than 300 sq ft studio. With no furniture and no belongings unpacked. Empty cabinets and everything. Well he came and I was expecting an all day affair, and was told it would be by joe. I am sick and in agony from what transpired before this, waiting to get my mattress into a clean safe apartment to lay down finally, and sleep. I’m waiting out of the apartment and I wanted to leave him alone to give him space to get the job done. You can’t do anything with people talking at you. And I didn’t feel well enough to micromanage. I decide to go back about 4.5 hours in to check the status. I wanted to believe I’d be in good hands and just finally have things taken care of with effort from me, but I still mustered up the energy to go point things out to make sure he got them done. Well he was nowhere to be found. They came for a few hours then disappeared without telling me, left the apartment completely undone, the job I paid for not done, the chemical residue still everywhere, and everything damaged. Just did whatever and ran. The level of disrespect. No it’s not “we do what we can and you’ll deal”. It’s we will do what we were paid for and work the whole way through. They didn’t even do the floors!!! I asked for the drawers, shelves and fridge containers I took out to be cleaned- said he could just dump it all in shower, cover with soap and use the shower sprayer to make it easy. Too heavy for me to carry. I have videos of me wiping everything with green residue still on it. Around the oven. Cabinets. Counter tops. Doors. All green. Light switches. Nothing was done!! Literally. I haven’t even checked the laundry machine or closet or windows. This was a scam. They acted like they were doing me a favor and doing it for free!!!! I was completely taken advantage of. Truly scammed. What kind of people do that? Something very wrong happened here. Followed by zero accountability. Acknowledge the screw up and make it right. The severe hardship these people cause by denying things is unspeakable. I said this to him: “Clearly, the backsplash was not done. It is covered in green. I know we agreed on the kitchen, so what kind of person would not immediately offer to come back and do the backsplash in the kitchen? And again, please give me your insurance. It is insane that there is a single scratch or scuff or chip or mark anywhere considering I moved in completely by myself and didn’t get a mark anywhere. There is zero furniture in here to move around, and my TV and heaviest item were brought up by another female. And there was not a scratch anywhere to be found, on the floor on the wall, anywhere. There is zero excuse for any part of my apartment to be damaged. It’s not normal.” my shower floors are also damaged among other things….many more pics and videos.
