Went for a facial/scalp treatment and was so impressed by the amount of lymphatic massage! It helped so much to release tension in my neck, shoulders, jaw and head. Highly recommend for a relaxing and thorough treatment. The products smelled good and the scalp treatment made my hair super silky!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I checked out the Head Spa and enjoyed their Steam Scalp Treatment. It was sooo relaxing and all products they used smelled incredible. The massages on my head and neck were next level. Eva was wonderful! Definitely would recommend a visit.

Finally tried them last Tuesday for the signature Head Spa and it was long overdue. They go by the hour so I went for the 11AM appointment. It was a little hard to find but look for the Monster studio/company and look to the left of it and you’ll see their signage leading you to the basement. I’m very conscious of a place’s cleanliness but despite this being at the basement, it was actually clean. Echo was the one assigned to me and she was amazing. I’m not new to Head Spa and/or massages because I love being pampered regularly and during my travels across the world but Echo has excellent massage technique especially when it came to my scalp, head, neck and shoulders. After all the steps, she did blow dry my hair. My hair was also so clean after and she showed me the end result, flawless and clean! Note it won’t be as dry but you’re welcome to dry it more. I also used the restroom twice and it was clean enough. Just needs to have a proper lock. Someone tried to come in while I was inside and mumbled about me not locking it so when I came out, I told her I did try but it’s not working. Don’t go petty on me lol. So note to the business please. It’s the little details so hope they sort this out. :) Will be back to request Echo again! They work hard so tip them well. I went beyond 20% given it was so deserved!

Last time I visited was a year ago and a Korean woman (forget her name) and she was FABULOLUS! This time I didn't see her and I was assigned to Cindy. I felt as though she didn't go as intensely as I'd like. I asked for the strength of the massage to be stronger and the water to be hotter) twice, which she didn't do. The whole treatment didn't feel as relaxing as the last time I went. During the time when water falls overhead, the woman I was assigned to last year massaged my head more. This time I was just sitting there with the water falling on me as I heard her fidgeting around behind me. The same friends I went with last time also came with me this time and they thought similarly that it didn't feel as good as last year and theirs felt rushed. My hair feels just as soft as last time but the shampoo may have changed because my nose was IN MY HAIR for 3 days straight because it smelled so good. This time smelled different. Smelled clean but not as good as last time. Unfortunately, this experience kinda changed everything and we won't be going back :/ which is a shame because I really enjoyed the first time.
