Dr. Dina was incredibly thorough during my annual exam and I feel lucky I found her. She made everything to help me relax which I appreciated a lot. I also had an IUD insertion, and she was very gentle. The office has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place for women’s health needs.

We had a very disturbing experience with this clinic and feel obligated to warn others. Over the phone, my girlfriend was told by someone who was not a doctor (most likely a front desk employee or assistant) that she might have cancer. This information was given without a proper medical examination and caused her extreme emotional distress and fear for two days. Being told something like this by a non-physician over the phone is completely unacceptable. We were also told that many additional tests were urgently needed. A few days later, we went to another clinic. The new clinic requested the existing test results from this office, but they initially refused to release them. Only after serious conflict did they finally send the records. After reviewing the results and performing an examination, the new doctor confirmed that there was nothing critical or alarming and stated that many of the tests ordered by this clinic were unnecessary. Based on this experience, we are very concerned about the professionalism and ethics of this practice. The way information was communicated and the refusal to promptly release medical records raise serious red flags. We are in the process of filing a formal complaint with the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH). Patients deserve accurate information, proper communication, and basic respect — especially when it comes to something as serious as a possible cancer diagnosis.
