I had a fantastic experience at this dry cleaning shop! The staff was friendly and professional, and my clothes came back looking as good as new. They handled delicate fabrics with great care and even managed to remove some tough stains. The service was quick, reasonably priced, and exceeded my expectations. I gave Alberto half my closet 😂 and he did an EXCEPTIONAL JOB!!! 1000/10 !! I was recommended to him from an associate at the Burberry store and I’m glad I listened ! Not only did he clean my jacket and dress so good but he fixed the zipper on my Mackage coat so clean that you can’t even tell it was altered and the zipper is changed. Literally looks exactly how I brought it. He knows his stuff & now has a loyal Brooklyn customer 🙌🏽🥰 Thank you so much !!!

Top level shirt laundering and dry cleaner - the manager is extremely nice and makes sure everything is done to a very high level. Prices are great and the turnaround time is fast. Shirts always come back looking brand new and dry cleaning is excellent. This is your spot for shirt laundering and dry-cleaning in Soho.

Updated Review 04.22.25: After I posted my original review (see below) the manager reached out to me. He explained that he was on vacation and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience of my items not being properly cleaned as well as the lack of customer service I had received prior to his call. He agreed to refund me for the items that were not properly cleaned and handled that the next day. I've changed my rating from 1 star to 3 star in leiu of the manager's response. Although I expected all my items to have been cleaned and would have liked it done within the time frame expected, I appreciate the manager for issuing the refund and doing his best to help resolve my issue. Original Review 04.17.25: Unfortunately,I have to leave a 1 star review for this business. My wife and I were in town for 3 days and brought our clothes here to be dry cleaned. Upon receiving my items, I realized that 2 items weren't cleaned at all and one item was a day later than expected leaving my wife concerned that she wouldn't have her jacket before leaving. I called the establishment to receive a refund, they told me to bring the uncleaned items back but I explained that I couldn't because we had a flight to catch. The employee on the phone said they couldn't refund us but told me they would have a manager call me back. The manager never called me back. I called back multiple times but my calls were not answered and it feels like my number has been blocked. I'm dissatisfied with the lack of courtesy and professionalism to at least help me receive the refund for the services that were not properly rendered. Do yourself a favor and use a more reputable and trustworthy laundry service in the area.
