3rd time coming to Hair Salon Design. I love it every single time! They do a beautiful job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON

Pretth nice place, been here for about 10 years with the same barber, always very simple and fairly priced compared to other salons, but always very average, over all pretty nice place but not perfect.

They ruined my hair I showed the guy a picture of hair I wanted, but ended up with a completely different haircut, uneven and way too short. They have no clue about what cutting hair 0/10

I have never been so disappointed regarding a hair salon. The guys there don't listen to instructions and refuse to cut your hair the way you want. The entire time there was a waste. While I was there they were telling me that I should do this hair repair that costs 70$ and apparently gets rid of the dandruff which causes your hairline to recede and what not. I said no and they still continue to tell me about the benefits. Then they cut my bangs way too short and even decided to chop off my side bangs when I clearly said 10 times not to. Don't recommend unless the female barber is there.

Unhappy, disappointed. They didn’t do what you want for your hair. All they did were talking &making fun very loudly, and criticized you&your hair in order to do their hair projects. It was very busy for my salon, I just wanted a haircut needs to wait 2 hours. There was no line for this salon during the new year’s time. After they knew only haircut for me, they started to criticize me. All their hairstylist, assistants, who washed other customers’ hair said everything bad for my hair and me so many times after I refused to do the projects. There was no manager, they laughed, made fun super loudly behind customers. My hairstylist even played his phone when he was doing my hair. It took more one hour just to cut my hair. It was the second time. Few years ago, I went for a haircut. Because I only did a haircut, nobody took care of me. Finally, the woman worked in-front cut my hair. Nobody washed and dried my hair. It’s a lot of expensive compared to other salons, but there’s no service. I don’t know if they are playing or working.
