This is absolutely the best Salon in New York! You guys definitely have to go here! She did an immaculate job with the color! Couldn’t be more happy with how my color turned out. Most people can’t get my hair to brighten without bleach and she was able to without the bleach! I have very dark stubborn hair btw. And on top of the color being the best color that I’ve ever gotten in my life. She really tended to my needs. Let me eat while she was dying my hair since I was starving! And really listened to what I told her was going on with my life and even gave me good advice! I will only be going to her from now on. Even if I move out of state!

If you are reading this, stop scrolling and book with Dee. Seriously. I am the laziest driver you will ever meet. If I have to go more than five minutes to get my nails done, I start questioning if I even need nails. So the fact that I drove all the way from Long Island to Corona to get my hair done says everything. And let me tell you, Dee was worth every single mile. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by her sweet mom who could honestly have her own comedy special. The space was so clean, organized, and chic that I immediately felt at ease. Dee looked at my hair, which was full of knots from someone else, and instead of making me feel bad, she smiled, asked me what I wanted, and got to work like a total pro. She carefully removed all the knots, washed my hair until it felt like silk, added a treatment that made me want to run my hands through it all night, and even said yes to a last minute root touch up. The color match was perfect. While she worked, we laughed and talked about life, family, and relationships. By the time she finished, it felt like I had been catching up with a good friend instead of just getting my hair done. And my hair? Incredible. Light, bouncy, dancer approved, and gorgeous even when I let it air dry. If you are looking for someone who is wildly talented, kind, and makes you feel completely at home, Dee is your girl. Trust me, if I am willing to drive all that way just to sit in her chair, you know she is worth it. Your only regret will be not finding her sooner.
