My mom and I have been to this place to get general repairs and maintenance done at this place and that the people there were nice and friendly. Also, that there were lots of people working there is because lots of vehicles need to be fixed. We have taken the vehicle there for years.

This afternoon I wanted to go to his house to do an oil maintenance, change two tires, and do a four-wheel alignment. When I walked in, no one greeted me. Then I searched for a long time before I found the boss in the office. I asked about the tires and maintenance prices, and he directly chased me away and told me to go to another repair shop. My God, this is the first time I have met such a boss in my life. The attitude is bad. I hope everyone will never go to this shop. They charge exorbitant prices, have poor service, high prices, and they also damage your car parts.

Called to ask about an oil change—apparently that was too difficult. The person on the phone didn’t know (about their own service!) and hung up without a word. If that’s how they handle a basic question, I’d hate to see how they handle your car. Unprofessional, unqualified, and uninterested—this shop is a warning sign, not a service center.

Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I tried to explain the issue with my car, but (Joseph) the mechanic refused to listen and repeatedly yelled “hear me out” while talking over me. Basic communication was completely lacking. The problems didn’t stop there. After installing the strut suspension, the mechanic failed to notice failing neighboring components that directly affect the suspension system something any competent mechanic should check or at least point out during this type of job. To make matters worse, the mechanic accused the struts I provided of being aftermarket parts, which was flat-out wrong. The struts were genuine OEM parts purchased directly from the dealership. Instead of admitting the mistake, he doubled down and became defensive. Between the yelling, poor inspection, and false accusations, I lost all confidence in this shop. I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone who values professionalism or accuracy. Hallelujah don't go there !!!
