You are neglecting your building at 420 E. 80th St. , New York 10075. You do not respond to letters and numerous phone calls from attorney for deceased since date of death, April 20, Your agent in the building has deliberately ignored phone calls and timely notice of death advising the date of death and date of the vacancy, May 31, of apartment left in better order and cleaner than apartment was received. Bathroom was scrubbed, floors were washed, everything was emptied from apartment. You have made no attempt to rent the apartment and deliberately left it vacant. This is a below ground apartment rented by a sick handicapped man, who had 24 hour aides as he could not walk, or take care of his own personal needs. I have spoken to those in building who have advised that the building is also being used as transient apartments temporarily renting to people on a month to month basis. This deplorable conduct by landlords and their representatives, and the disregard for the dead and their family members should be kept in mind before anyone thinks about renting in this building.

Stay away from this company if they are still working with Zohar Trusman. She’s a property manager who is disloyal and has no integrity. She sent emails confirming the return of my security deposit then went ghost and I never heard from her nor the landlord again!

Difficult time getting maintenance issues resolved. Neighbors are a problem also, but the office says there's nothing they can do about it. Tenants leave trash all over the parking lot. I would NOT recommend living here! Balconies being used for storage. It just looks trashy!

I rented an apartment in Fishkill NY - VIllage at Merritt Park. We really enjoyed the apartment. What we did not enjoy was receiving our security deposit a full 2 months after we moved out. I am upset with Hampshire Properties (ones responsible for security deposit as they are property or asset managers). I left our apt in impeccable shape. We did receive a check about a week ago but when I cashed it there was a stop payment put on it. I finally got another check 2 days ago and it cleared. I had to literally call our rental complex 3 to 5 times inquiring and they were very apologetic. They were really in the middle. Just beware of Hampshire Properties and their lack of understanding - basically I believe they don't care. I asked for for $100 to be compensated for all the troubles and delays but that request was denied. It's the law to return the security within 30 days so 60+ days is a bit much. Every time I had to drive to former rental complex to get checks - the asset or mgmt company (Hampshire) could not figure out how to sent a check to me even though they have my new address. Hamsphire should not conduct business in this fashion. I was told that because of me they are changing some process - great I help them run more efficiently and had to wait an inordinate amount of time for what I was due over 1 month ago. I think I will report this to the better business bureau. I have already reported this to NY state.

Do NOT invest with these guys! They are very dishonest, and they do not come close whatsoever to their projections. They lie about their projections, and do not communicate well with their investors.
