My mom went here for treatment for shoulder pain, and we had such a great experience. The hands-on physical therapy staff is incredibly kind, caring, and very helpful. My mom’s therapist, Saloni, was amazing—she is so patient, compassionate, and truly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my mom’s pain and worked with her every step of the way. Thanks to the therapy, my mom felt so much better and saw real improvement. She always felt comfortable and encouraged during her sessions. We are very grateful to Saloni and the entire team for their excellent care. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality physical therapy

I have been a patient of Hands On PT in Astoria for the past 6 weeks. The staff is amazing. The physical therapists are top notch. Ahmad is a class therapist; he is attentive, caring and goes above and beyond every single time I dealt with him. He has the knowledge and experience that gives me great comfort knowing that I am in good hands. Also, the two other therapists I dealt with, Mohamed and Abdullah are cut from the same cloth; simply wonderful. I highly recommend all three of them. Similarly, their support staff who helped me with my exercises are out standing as well. I especially enjoy working out with Aaron, Gina, Danny and Valerie. Mohamed is an excellent physical therapist. He is patient, truly listens to your concerns, and provides high-quality, attentive care. Diana and Aaron, the aides, are both friendly, kind, and always willing to help with exercises. The front desk staff is also very professional and helpful with scheduling appointments and navigating insurance. Overall, Hands-On Physical therapy provides a great experience for its patients.
