The attorneys I have met with are friendly and willing to share their knowledge on labor and employment law. They are experienced and talented lawyers in the field of expertise, not to mention large majority of them are bilingual. I had a disappointing experience with this law firm. The attorney I talked over the phone did not seem to understand the nature of my case. Instead of taking the time to listen carefully, he provided information that was inaccurate and did not reflect what I had actually experienced. Each time I attempted to clarify or explain my situation in more detail, I was repeatedly interrupted. The advice offered felt rushed and incomplete, without a full understanding of the facts. On top of all these unprofessional remarks, he said "you're reading too much on the internet/AI" line to brush off me who asked complex questions outside of the his standard comfort zone. By the end of the conversation, it was clear that he did not grasp my case at all. I felt unheard and dismissed. The conversation ended abruptly with a statement that he could not help me, without meaningful explanation. This was the worst legal consultation I have experienced in New York City. Based on this experience, I would not return to this firm and probably will never look for a lawyer in Flushing altogether. Not even one star-
