Sending a package to Korea is so easy using this location and they’re so kind. The workers there are always very polite, and helpful as they can be. They are reliable and I have not had a problem sending packages to Korea for the past 3 years.

I went out of my way to drop something off, and they couldn’t even print a receipt for the drop-off. They claimed they didn’t have a scanner. If you’re going to operate a FedEx or shipping store, having basic equipment like a scanner should be a given. What’s the point of running a shipping location if you’re unwilling to provide the essential services especially something as simple as scanning or printing a receipt?

They don’t have a QR code scanner for FedEx packages, so you won’t be able to get a receipt.

They don’t accept Fedex QR code. Because they don’t have a scanner 🤷🏻♀️
