I love going my facial and hair colour in this specific place. I love owner specifically. All ladies very good job .

I brought my wife in there to get her eyebrows done. They treated her so well and also made me feel so comfortable even though I wasn't getting anything done for myself. I really recommend this place if u want an honest and relaxing experience. I found the place for my wife to go from now on. 5* experience!!!

I got my highlights done but had to go back the next day cause it was to dark. The stylist was great she took care of me. But I think it’s the owner. She’s so rude she told me to check my hair cause if I come back the stylist uses electricity and water to take care of u. She even told the stylist ur wasting products. I’m a paying customer. I won’t be going back cause of the owner. I liked to be pampered not being talked to like I’m a free loader.

Went to them while in NYC. Such a rude racist person. Wish there was 0 stars. They started talking rubbish in Hindi and discriminated as soon as I said I am from Nepal. Went there for threading the lady cut while cutting from scissors. She has an eyesight issue and can bearly see hairs. I said that there are some baby hairs could you clean it up . She started giving attitude. I said please dont as I had already had enough of there chugalies , paid them and said don't worry I will go somewhere else. They literally said JA JA TU EK JAYEGI DUS AUR AAYENGE. WOW!! THAT'S HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS

Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. I went there for a haircut and she totally ruined my hair. Though the stylist was well-behaved, but the owner was too much RUDE and Annoying. They made my whole hair wet before cutting it( Like soaking wet) and when after the disastrous haircut was done, I asked her to dry my hair. But the owner was so rude that she started screaming saying it'll waste their electricity and other bills. But the fact is, it was them who made my hair soaking wet while cutting it unprofessionally. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN AND I Would never recommend anyone to go there.❌️
