The doctor and receptionist here are patient, polite and professional in their care for my baby and wife. They take their time answering any questions you may have and are knowledgeable in handling newborns! This is my goto pediatrics and its convenient when the D train is right there.

We’ve had such a great experience with Happiness Pediatrics and especially with Dr. Yen Hoong Ooi. She is kind, patient, and always takes the time to listen to our concerns and explain things clearly. My child used to be nervous about doctor visits, but now feels very comfortable and safe with Dr. Ooi and her team. The clinic is clean, the staff is friendly, and it’s easy to make appointments. We’re so glad we found a pediatrician we can truly trust. Highly recommend to any parent looking for caring and professional pediatric care!

Happiness Pediatrics is a wonderful place to take your child. The staff at the 86th Street location were welcoming and kind, which immediately put us at ease. The wait time was reasonable, and there were toys and a TV to help keep the children entertained. The office itself was clean, bright, and thoughtfully decorated. The doctors were respectful and highly professional, especially Dr. Wong and Dr. Ooi, who took the time to thoroughly assess my child and clearly understood what was going on. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would gladly return in the future.
