The doctor and receptionist were excellent and very attentive; they were able to help me resolve any issues promptly!

We had a great experience at this pediatric clinic. The staff were kind, patient, and very welcoming, which made my child feel comfortable right away.

Office location is convenient. The only downside is street parking only. Office is always clean. Office staff are friendly. The nurses are professional and experienced. I like almost all the doctors there. But my kids love NP Louis Wan. He’s friendly, patient, not rushing, every time my kids go there to see him, he spends adequate time with them. He listens to our problems and answers to our questions. He explains treatment or medications thoroughly to make sure we understand. Glad my kids have NP Wan as their pediatrician.

Very unprofessional means that my daughter had a fever of 104 degrees. She went to this clinic to have her temperature checked, and it showed normal. She was told that she didn't have a fever. We brought a thermometer to check my daughter once, but it still showed fever. This time, I was told that my thermometer was broken. They simply touched my daughter's forehead and came to the conclusion that the temperature was normal. I went to the opposite pharmacy to buy a new thermometer to measure, but it still showed 104 degrees. I went back to the clinic. There is no sense of responsibility at all. It is highly recommended that you bring your children here. They just want to make money. Yes, my daughter experienced the two temperature tests you mentioned, one was oral examination, and the other was touching my daughter's forehead. Finally, I came to the conclusion that my daughter had no fever. I raised my questions about this, and they asked me, are you a doctor or am I a doctor?
