My son gets amazing haircuts here. They spend a really good amount of time with him compared to other salons, and the price is really good. Everyone is very nice as well and they have lollipops for the kids :)

I went in with pictures (see below)and explained I only wanted small highlights section of my hair( on my bangs) and all over brown to match my natural hair color. the older lady hairstylist with a bad perm and gray hair decide she was going to bleach whole of my head. After she bleached the top of my head, she tried to fix it by dying the unwanted bleached parts brown turning my hair green in those areas. She chemically burned my scalp and I have mismatch areas where the bleach fell so it is orange. My hair has fallen out because of the person terrible work. On top of everything they charged me more that I was quoted. I was told 175 and was charge almost 190. I have had to spend hundreds of dollars to salvage my remaining hair( protein treatments, deep conditioning to stop hair from breaking and falling out).No other professional will touch my hair for at least 3 months to allow me to heal. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Literally just left this place. It sucks, Ive been coming here since i was little, the quality of people working here went so downhill. I asked for curtain bangs, he did something, but not what i asked for. You can see he was even nervous i would mention it when he said he was done. They also talked about my hair in their language. I know that 100% bc it came right after they were pushing me to do a “hot oil treatment “ and i said no. And as your paying they jump down your throat for a tip. I was already going to give a tip despite the terrible experience, they literally didn’t even give me a minute though. The second i inserted my card she was asking me to give the tip. I told her im doing my tip in cash. She’s like ok go give it then. Like im being forced to give it? Thats just bad taste and made me feel like a walking money bank. They do not care about the service they deliver and didnt do what i asked for. This is my last time coming here. If you want a good experience with good quality people do not come here!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my haircut experience. I asked for a short layered cut with a simple trim, but the stylist completely butchered my hair. She kept leaving me in the middle of my haircut to work on other customers—first to fix another lady’s hair, then again to check on someone’s perm. If she can’t handle multiple customers at once, she shouldn’t take them. It felt rushed and unprofessional. Because she was multitasking, she ended up cutting my hair too short, and it’s uneven. I eventually stopped asking her to fix it because I was afraid it would get even shorter. This experience was very upsetting, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a racist experience. I will never go here again!!!! I asked for a test strand, to see if could bleach my hair. I decided not to continue with the service and asked for them to cover the strand that was lightened. Another male stylist interjected “Do you have money???! You think we do this for free??” I’m a black woman, why would I come in a salon with no money, of course I WOULD PAY!!!!!This was racially motivated. I will never return here, I felt disrespected and embarrassed!!!!
