Happy Pets NYC

So happy with our dog walking experience! We've been getting walks from Jamie and the crew on and off for a few years. She's always great at communication and super reliable and of course our dogs love her and Liari. Our dogs can be a bit strong and stubborn and it's no problem for them. The app works smoothly and the whole process is seamless. I would highly recommend these guys for dog walks. Oh- and good prices too!

Happy pets is absolutely amazing! We had them walk our dog Zack weekly, and were never disappointed. They were courteous, timely and always kept us in the loop. We had them do multiple overnight stays with Zack and they treated our home with respect and always put Zack first. I would highly recommend happy pets to anyone who needs a reliable, friendly and professional dog walker.

We had Aaron watch our cat for five days while we were away, and could not possibly have been more pleased with his work. Aaron's notes each day were clear and detailed, we were able to see photos of our cat at each visit, and Aaron left our apartment spotless, down to the organized stack of mail that he picked up and piled for us. This is an excellent company - Jamie was a genuine pleasure to work with, too. We look forward to using Happy Pets NYC again very soon!

Our dog is difficult - he has separation anxiety and will refuse walks and food when we leave. We needed to attend a funeral last minute and couldn't bring him with us. Lauren was patient and even hand fed him his food! We will no longer be afraid to leave him and hope to use Happy Pets more frequently.

Jamie and Christina are consummate professionals. We are able to have a consistent walker each time we need help with our dog. My wife and I have crazy work schedules. Sometimes we need to schedule a walk same day with short notice. They are so caring and make every attempt to accommodate our needs. We get email and picture updates from each walk. Christina even checks in using GPS. We also get updates on whether our pup goes #1 or #2. On hot summer days our walker even leaves extra water and turns up the AC so our pup doesn't overheat in our stuffy apartment. Could not be happier with happy pets!
