Best eyebrow place

The new staff don’t know how to do your eyebrows right they keep making them thin and the other thick it has happened multiple times not just me my friends and family I miss the old staff cause they know how to shape your eyebrows right these new staff are amateurs and fast and make it bad don’t recommend

This place is so unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. I walked in and she already looked so mad, maybe because I’m young. She was so rough on my eyebrows and did them in less than one minute. As soon as older ladies walked in, she smiled at them and was nice to them. She didn’t even say hi to me and barely acknowledged my existence. Literally the worst place I’ve ever been to for eyebrows.

I used to go a lot to this place before moving to the Bronx and I went to this spot since I was around the neighborhood and I asked wax but never have I experienced what i experienced today, the lady that attended me left me with a scratch next on my lips. After telling her it hurts she still giggled.

worst costumer service. the lady is just on her phone didn’t acknowledge us. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated badly
