I recently had a porcelain crown done, and the entire process was smooth and painless. The front desk staff, especially Grace Jin, was warm, welcoming, and very helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. All they want is MONEY regardless patients has insurance or not. No time for unnecessary dental work or waste money on procedures which dentist isn't sure about. Lady in the front is waiting for you to explain how to spend thousands of your dollars trying to convince you to start the dental work. If you're seeing this rvw you're lucky. Don't waste your time.
