I stopped by this Chinese herbs and nutritional vitamin store in Chinatown, New York, a few days ago, and had a wonderful experience. The shop offers a great selection of natural products. Paul was incredibly helpful, taking the time to listen to our needs and make thoughtful recommendations. His knowledge and guidance really made a difference, and we left feeling confident in our purchases. This store is a hidden gem for anyone looking for authentic herbal remedies and natural supplements. Highly recommend it for anyone interested in wellness and holistic health!

Unfortunately it’s a rip off. This is the third Chinese medical doctor I’ve been to and he told me the least information : you’re stressed, you need sleep. $35 waste of a consultation. I told him I was very dissatisfied with the service and he tried to sell me $60 pills.

Paul is nice the other lady will scream at u & throw things.. Tried to do a return of expensive pills I had bought the other day. My reason for returning was because after translating the Chinese written ingredients at home to English, I realized I'd have a strong allergic reaction to them & never opened them. The woman gave a very hard time, did not give a full return, started yelling & threw the item in the trash aggressively. Would not recommend this spot.

Extremely vague consultation telling me that I’m tired and have low circulation which I agree with but that was it. sold me Ejiao Bazhen Paste for $99 when it’s no more than $20 elsewhere. Please beware.

Scam business. Price advertised as $25, but paying with debit card via ApplePay and they charge $27.22, claiming it's due to it being a credit card (which it isn't). On top of that, they demand tips and get aggressive when tips aren't given. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
