I wanted to express my gratitude to all the staffs in the clinic who helped my wife. Especially the PA (think his name is Eric) who did the x-ray. He displayed true professionalism in such a young age. Dr Tang also managed to help us get a sooner orthopedic appointment making sure my wife is in good hands. I would recommend this urgent care clinic to people I the neighborhood.

Really nice staff and the doctor was really cool. My son felt very at ease with a sprine first and they took x rays , checked him out, let him look at everything. He felt really good. We went got a wrist sprint, they called us the next day as a follow up to check in on him. I 100% recommend this place. Thank you

I’ve been here several times and there are always problem every single visit. There is always a long wait. They always have trouble figuring out my insurance which makes the wait even longer. The greeter and front desk staffs don’t look friendly and weren’t acting friendly. The main entrance is shut off and is confusing to find this place through the alternate entrance of the badly built Queens Crossing Mall. This urgent care would’ve been a fair 3-stars but because the person in charge was able to exempt my rapids test during my prolonged visit and solved my problem I’m willing to keep this at 4. Also, they have free condoms.

⸻ Horrible Service Experience I came in due to knee pain and was immediately taken for x-rays by a tech—without ever seeing a doctor first. The tech did not assist me in properly positioning my knee and showed no concern for my discomfort. I was even asked if I wanted to wear the radiation shield on my chest, as if it were optional. The tech’s attitude was unpleasant and dismissive the entire time. I eventually saw the doctor, but only after the x-rays were done. Overall, the service was unprofessional and completely lacking in empathy. I would not recommend this facility. I would give it zero stars!!!

This is horrible. I won't to go to the Urgent Care any more. They gave me an injection, but they made me bleed a lot. There was blood coming out of the needle hole in my hand, a lot of blood on the bed, and also there was my blood on the floor. The doctor said it was normal. He said he bled more from his own injections. I was so scared that my blood would continue to bleeding, so I told the doctor that I don't want to have the injection, and I chose to leave. They didn't help me. I am not feeling well right now. My hand is swollen.So scared. Here can upload the picture, I uploaded, but was deleted by them.
