Excellent Urgent Care service provider. The staff are very beautiful and kind. I’m usually in and out within a few minutes with treatment sent to my pharmacy. When lab work is needed I get a follow up call to discuss the results. I go here via my PCP because of the ease of walking in and knowing I’ll get the attention and care every visit. Thank you so much doctors and team!!

The team at HealthNeed are amazing! They are professional, knowledgeable and so compassionate. We arrived in need of stitches 15 minutes before closing and the team never once rushed us. They took time to explain and answer all our concerns which really help alleviate our anxiety. The team saved us from hours of waiting at the local ER. I went into that urgent care to politely ask them to use the restroom, and the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. She looked like she was suffering from fatigue. I spent about three minutes in the restroom and came out thanking them and letting them know how much I appreciated them for allowing me to use the restroom. It was like I was talking to two dead women in a casket. 🙈They seem to be haters of me, who is black and wearing my nurse's uniform.
