Went in here to make a copy, the women in there made it easy. Really liked there services. Don't ever go to 5713 8th ave, Brooklyn NY, they will not treat you with respect.

Good pharmacy very fast and efficient

Most terrible customer experience in my life ever! Very unprofessional and impolite employees. They kept saying they couldn’t find my prescription while my doctor has clearly sent it over before I left her office. After telling them my info many times, they finally found it. My doctor prescribed me four meds for fever and cough, but they gave me only one, because they assumed that I wouldn’t want to pay for the ones that weren’t covered by my insurance without even asking. As a commercial insurance user, I was aware and prepared that I would need to pay for them! Thank god my doctor told me the number of meds in advance, otherwise I would’ve left without getting what I needed. What’s worse was that my doctor prescribed me adult cough liquid, but they gave me one for children and told me to follow the dosage suggested for children! What an irresponsible and incompetent pharmacy! I’ll never go there again and no one should!

Long waiting time, steal patient's medicine. I supposed getting 5days quantity medicine, they only gave me 3days. Another time My prescription was 2 boxes, they gave me one box.
