Have gotten facials with Katie for almost a year now and my skin has been steadily improving. I used to have alot of blackheads and she does great extractions on them. Now my face is so much smoother. I highly recommend her and will keep on coming back.

I had a wonderful facial treatment experience at HELA Skincare – Soho yesterday, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. Iris, who took care of me, was absolutely amazing. She was professional, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable about skincare. From the initial consultation to each step of the treatment, everything felt thoughtful and well-paced. Her technique was gentle yet effective, and I could tell she truly cared about my skin rather than rushing through the process. The overall experience was relaxing, clean, and beautifully done, and my skin felt refreshed and noticeably better afterward. I really appreciated Iris’s expertise and calm presence—it made the whole visit feel both reassuring and luxurious. I’ve been going to Fei for a while now, and I truly can’t imagine going to anyone else. Over time, she has consistently shown how professional, skilled, and caring she is. She always takes the time to understand what I need, makes me feel completely comfortable, and delivers results that I’m genuinely happy with every time. What makes the experience even more special is that we are both from Chongqing, so being able to communicate in our own language feels incredibly warm and comforting. It always makes me so happy and adds a personal connection that I truly value. What I appreciate most is not only her attention to detail, but also how much heart she puts into her work. I've been coming here for facials for about 8 months now, and have been so pleased with my experience every time. Fei is my go to, and she always does a wonderful job - others have really noticed the improvement in my skin over the months. The whole experience is so great and relaxing, and I cannot recommend it enough!

Although my aesthetician was nice, I was skeptical that she had her license to practice. I came in for their signature facial and have many concerns. 1. There is no consultation. You just go straight into the facial and you’re not even placed in a room. 2. The stream water smells of old water and the Hyaluronic facial suction lasted about 5mins and was extremely rushed. Took 0 gunk out 3. Was not told extractions would start and was startled by the random needle entering my face. I think there was more damage done to my skin than heal it. 4. Multiple times throughout this facial I was left alone, hearing chattering in the background. Overall my skin feels a bit hot, red and oily by the end of this rather than hydrated. Will be reporting to the state to make sure everyone is licensed and safe to practice. photo to prove that i was there.
