I am extremely disappointed with the service my sister-in-law received for her nikkah henna. Several weeks prior to booking, I consulted with the artist to confirm a very simple design, which she assured me she could replicate. However, the final work did not reflect the quality or style of the examples displayed on her Google page. The process itself was unnecessarily long, she took nearly four hours to complete a basic design, wasting valuable time on an important day. At one point, my sister-in-law ended up doing part of the henna herself just to speed up the process. Pricing was also unclear and misleading. I had shown her photos of both hands, and she quoted me a price without clarifying that her rates were per single hand. When I questioned it, she chuckled. On top of that, she claimed she has organic henna, but when the time came, she had none available and actually made my sister-in-law go with her to purchase it. She also struggled with even the simplest parts of the design, such as drawing a circle in the palm, and left my sister-in-law sitting in an uncomfortably hot room for hours. I cannot recommend this artist to anyone, especially for a special occasion. If you are looking for professionalism, skill, and transparency, I strongly advise looking elsewhere to avoid having your important day compromised.
