I don’t know what they put in them drinks, but we always come back. Fresh, quality ingredients, and the staff stay consistent. Drinks are fire — kale boost tea, tiramisu, and coconut mango bloom are our go-to’s. Only thing that sucks is there’s no parking.

Grand opening! All drinks are buy one get one free. Ordered my favorite coconut mango bloom and trying their matcha drink for the first time. Cheese foam on top is very good not too sweet. The staff are sweet as always, made sure I understood that I drink directly from the cup to get the cheese taste in top first. The frosted windows are cute but it makes it harder to see what orders are ready when waiting outside. Note: staff by the door do call out the number so not to worry.

Hey Tea, I wanted to share my thoughts on the BLACKPINK Lisa blue Matcha drink, available with oat milk. I don't think the drink is that great, but the experience was enjoyable. When I first visited the store, I was impressed by the setup; everything is automated, and the teamwork is well-organized. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely fragrance. After my visit, I remember saying, "Next time, I will come again." However, I did end up waiting for an hour for my drink.

Too watery or too sweet for most items we have tried here. And the boys and girls working there are very chatty leading to long wait times when clearly there aren't many customers waiting or picking up mobile orders. Not sure my family will come back after failed matcha iterations that always come up short in flavor and quality. Perhaps the corporate or the franchise owner could look into the matter to improve service quality here.

I’ve been coming here for over a year. Their products are top quality however the workers are very slow. The average waiting time each day for your order is half hour or more so be prepared. It’s steaming hot in there I am not sure why but that can be dangerous to waiting customers and the staff.it is extremely small inside. Many times I would place an order online still waiting beyond the expected time. I placed an order today and they made someone else’s order before mind totally forgot about mine and expected me to wait. That is just unfair. They are very unorganized staff. I come here everyday and it’s just unfair. They need more workers or faster works who organize orders.
