TO WILBURThe brown sugar boba drink here is immaculate-- the perfect balance of chewy, sweet, and melancholy. I ended up leaving it on the ground at a nearby park, hoping that my son will find it (He is homeless since March, 2025). I haven't seen him in months but since he was a boy hes had a keen sense of smell, especially keen to my scent and is able to follow it with his sheer nasal power. Maybe if he finds it, he wont starve to death and die. The tea here is brewed very well, and the "supreme" matcha one that i got for myself was delicious; it NEARLY lived up to its name, but I dropped it and it spilled all over the ground and my good shoe. I'll be coming back here soon to purchase another boba drink. Harriet please message me soon, You havent answered my texts or calls, and I know you have read my reviews in the past.....
Best Bubble Tea I have ever had! Get the Tiramisu!!! Also don’t mix it, tastes great!!
Walked in while waiting around for a reservation at another spot close by. Enjoyed a Triple Supreme Matcha Latte which was tasty and freshly made. Customer service was great, engagement was on point.
Second time coming to this location and thankfully it wasn’t as busy. It is the smaller HEYTEA I have been to so far. Coconut Mango Boom is my to-go 😋
I had a very disappointing experience today at this Heytea location. A female staff member took my order, but the menu did not clearly show cup sizes, so I assumed there was only one size. When she first asked me “medium or large,” I politely asked if there was only one size. She responded very impatiently. She then asked if I was ordering the Grapefruit Boom. I said yes, and again she replied in a very annoyed tone and repeated “medium or large.” Throughout the interaction, her attitude felt rude and unfriendly. When the drink was ready, she called out the drink name in an impatient way, put it on the counter quickly, didn’t ask if I needed a bag, and immediately walked away as if she didn’t want to interact with me at all. This was a very, very bad experience, especially for a brand like Heytea that’s known for good service. I hope management can provide better staff training on customer service.
