HeyTea Prince Street is one location in the heart of Flushing, located on the street surrounded by many other boba chains. The store is small on the inside with little seating, but the service does move fast to pump drinks out. The drinks were top notch. We got the grapefruit slush, Supreme Brown Sugar Boba, and the Mango Grapefruit Slush. The slushes weren't too sweet, had a nice taste throughout the entire ice, and was good for the price. The drinks kept cold for a long time, though it could just be because of how cold it was that day. The Supreme Brown Sugar had milk foam, boba, and a nice milk tea. The boba was pretty warm, even after 30 minutes. The boba isn't too sweet, and the brown sugar included wasn't that sweet either. The milk foam is a bit sweet but not overly sweet, and paired well with the milk tea.

HeyTea is one of my favorite boba spots. My favorite drink is the coconut mango boom, it is so refreshing and the mango pieces are delicious. I also like to try their seasonal drinks! The staff is quick and efficient even when there are a lot of orders and a line of people. They have both a self order machine and a cashier, and the wait is usually around 10 minutes.

my friend recommended heytea and I was curious and it was pretty good!! this is the grape one, and I think I would have enjoyed it more if it wasn't cold and windy outside, but taste wise it was very grape and good. the grape slivers at the bottom were low-key sour but that might've just been me.

Honestly thought it was pricey at first, but I can really tell it’s made with whole fruit, not just flavoring. Not just the quality of each ingredient, but also the cup it came in, the way the staff worked — everything left a great overall impression. It’s absolutely worth the price. $7.49 might seem a little pricey at first, but once you taste the quality — from the honest, real ingredients to the rich flavor — it absolutely feels worth it. Even the premium cups and packaging show great attention to detail, though they do raise some environmental concerns. What really impressed me was the efficient system behind the counter — drinks coming out nonstop, yet everything running smoothly. Respect this company’s team whom made this system. There’s a screen showing the progress of each drink being made, and after it’s prepared, the drink gets scanned to make sure nothing is missed — a smart system that really minimizes mistakes.

It was a little overwhelming coming into the store. There were tons of people and the menu wasn't prominently posted. Ordered 3 drinks - Coconut Mango Blue, Crisp Grape Boom and Jasmine Latte. The drinks look exactly as it looked on the sceeen. Everything was delicious. Definitely worth the wait. Will come again and next time will order for pickup.
