As someone from Taiwan, I’m very particular about details, and they absolutely delivered. I came in for hair coloring and hair thinning (layering + reducing volume), and the results are amazing. The color complements Asian skin tones beautifully — it doesn’t look brassy or dull at all. The finish is shiny, soft, and very natural. They really understand Asian hair texture and density. The hair thinning was done so carefully. My hair feels lighter and more structured without looking flat or frizzy. The balance is perfect — still full, but much more manageable. The studio is clean, modern, and comfortable. The stylist took time to listen and gave professional advice tailored to me. Eugene was very professional and friendly. I came in with few ideas of what I want to try. She listened to my concerns and had a discussion with me before we started. She was transparent with the cost and made sure we agree on the price before we proceeded. The most I like about her is that she is honest and genuine. She patiently explained the different color of hair dye would turn out on a black hair. Definitely bring pictures of sample hair style you want, it can help the stylist achieving your ideal look.
