I was drawn to this store a few years ago, by the handful of attractive and very affordable shelves by the entrance (the 15"x15"x80" one was only $100). Once I returned home and fully absorbed my then tragic furniture situation (mostly plastic from Kmart), I knew my apartment was overdue for an upgrade. The cheerful and approachable salesperson, who spoke both English and Cantonese fluently, helped me quickly find great furniture candidates. They had about eight kinds of shelves, and ten types of TV stands (plus all the other essentials). The next-day delivery came roughly on time, and the delivery saint carried the furniture up all flights of stairs and constructed and placed everything within a half hour, while conversing with me and getting snapchatted, which is amazing, because it would have taken me the rest of the day, possibly more if I didn't cancel my date again. My room smelled like sweat and wood dust for maybe an hour. You should order furniture from here just to see these amazing craftsmen at work! Be sure to have some cash on hand, for the tip.

I’ve been a long time customer. The quality of the furnitures are great. The furnitures are readily available and if it isn’t they would tell you when it’s expected to arrive. There customer service and delivery crew are attentive and friendly. Just purchased a new sofa and i”m in love with it! Thanks!!

Disgusting!! Hateful staff shooed my sister and i out of the store during business hours. We walked in politely and two men working looked at us with disgust and rolled their eyes, completely ignoring us. When i asked if any sales person was working he started talking under his breath and when i said i didn’t understand he said “you don’t understand, i dont care”. Then when they told us to leave we stood outside to collect ourselves and he came outside and told us to not “stand next to his trash” so angrily, we thought he was going to get VIOLENT. I have never been faced with such a lack of respect and hateful people!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Spend your money on a company with kind employees!! And go somewhere where your safety is not in jeopardy.

Attitude staffs. Avoid! They just lost a customer, I will not return nor will I recommend anyone to shop there. Lady staff on the phone and delivery workers demand and declare there’s a “standard” tip. Like really?!? Gave you more than 20% and still demands more.
