⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service & Beautiful Results! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Honey Nail Salon! Walking in, I was immediately impressed by both the cleanliness of the salon and the friendly welcome from the staff. I wanted a simple but abstract nail design, But the tech didn’t know how to do it but May, the front desk person, was very kind enough to help me get what I want. What made this visit special was the perfect balance of attentiveness and professionalism. My nail tech took time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered helpful suggestions for the design. Throughout the service, the staff made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The final result is exactly what I wanted - clean, abstract, and beautifully executed. The attention to detail is impressive, from the perfect shaping to the flawless polish application. I especially appreciate how they explained aftercare tips to help maintain the design. The price was reasonable for the quality of service, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I've already booked my next appointment - this place is definitely my new go-to for manicures!

I recently visited [Nail Store Name], and I was blown away by how clean and well-maintained the space is! The environment felt fresh and spotless, creating a relaxing experience from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure I felt comfortable and attended to. Mandy, in particular, did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure! She was attentive to detail and made the whole process feel effortless. I’m thrilled with the results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place!

SECOND APPOINTMENT (4/5 rating): The store manager reached out to me about this review and offered to re-do my nails free of charge. I got yellow-green gel nails this time and Mandy did a phenomenal job. See the images attached. FIRST APPOINTMENT (2/5 rating): I made an online appointment, which did not give me any names or descriptions of the technicians available; it simply listed Tech A through Tech D. Fine. I took my chances with Tech A. The place was very clean and nice, as was the service. The lady at the front desk and nail Tech A was friendly as well. My only qualm about this place is the quality of the gel nail manicure that I received. The images attached are about a week and some change from my initial appointment. I was recommended here by a friend who said that their gel manicures were good quality. I was very disappointed to find that my first (and now my last) manicure from this place was a beautiful metallic pink color, decimated by the abhorrent streaks on each nail. I understand that metallic polishes may come off as streaky, but this bad? Really? At a nail salon? Unacceptable.

I had a really uncomfortable experience here. After my nails were damaged during a removal process, the front desk staff member I interacted with was rude and raised her voice at me, which felt completely unprofessional. What disturbed me most was seeing her harshly shoo away another employee, who visibly lowered her head and retreated to the back room. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this interaction made me feel unwelcome and uneasy throughout my visit. Hope management is aware of this and can address it. I do recommend their other location about 10 minutes away, where I’ve only had positive experiences.

I came here for a simple nail art design. I showed them clear photos, and they said they could do it — but they absolutely couldn’t. No one had the skills, and they only offered the most basic manicure. I genuinely felt scammed. I ended up having to settle for something super basic that I didn’t even want. To make it worse, they didn’t do proper construction, and my nails broke within two weeks. I was on a trip and it was super painful to have two fingers with cracked nails and bleeding. There are plenty of great nail salons in this area. Avoid this one at all costs.
