Yolanda delivered amazing service during my recent eye care appointment. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, kind, and made me feel at ease. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through each part of the process, making sure I understood everything clearly. Yolanda answered all my questions patiently and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her professionalism and warm personality made the experience truly pleasant. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing eye care.

Dr. Santini is a friendly Dr. but I don't know if is the staff who made a mistake. I went for surgery on my right eye, when I got to the Clinic in Manhattan, they prepare me for the surgery but they informed me that it will be done on my left eye, I said it's not my right eye, they consult with the Dr. who was taking care of other patients and he confirm is the left eye, I was surprised because the treatment is for my right eye and not my left eye. I stated I have to cancel the surgery because that is a mistake. On 01/15/2026 I have an appoitment at his office but suddenly my appointment was canceled. Until now I have no idea what happened. Was the mistake done by the Dr. or the staf. To date I received no explanation. UPDATE (for response below from Dr.'s office): I appreciate your explanation and justification for my review. Unfortunately, I must correct the misinformation posted by your office. 1. When the discrepancy was noted by ME there was no pause, instead the assistant Maria asked the doctor and he confirmed it was the left eye and I rejected the surgery because the "records" and the doctor were wrong, it was not the left eye. 2.The surgery did not proceed that day because Maria called Erika at the office and Erika also stated that according to the records it was the left eye that was going to be operated. I then refused the surgery because of the misinformation and mishandling of my records. 3. After said surgery, there is a follow up appointment the next day, I called to confirm the appointment so that I may speak with the doctor and I was told it was canceled and there was no indication as to why. 4. Erika later called me 3-4 days later and stated the doctor wanted to speak with me regarding the error with my records, which I did not respond to. Obviously, I will no longer be returning to the office. But I want to make sure all the information is accurate and posted to avoid this happening to another patient.
