Amazing service and experience with a great set of sapphire earrings to go with it. Jeff and his team are top notch. Right off the bat they were a helpful resource with great communication to help me refine the earrings I was looking for as a gift. They got the right sizing, metal, and design taken care of for me and was always transparent and fare about the pricing and timing. Turnaround took 24 hours, and my wife was over the moon happy. I’ll be working with them soon again.

I came to New York on the recommendation of my friend who had bought a diamond and had in fitted into a ring from Jeff so I emailed and told him what I wanted and asked hundreds of questions which he answered gracefully and assured me he could source me the diamond of my dreams so I booked the flights and met Jeff and his wife and daughter beautiful family genuinely lovely people kind helpfull nothing too much trouble. He had 4 stones for me to choose from different in size clarity colour and obviously price but let me look and take time to reflect on what I liked and compare stones with no pressure at all . He made my ring with my chosen stone and when I saw it I was speechless it surpassed everything I’d imagined it to be. I am so happy with it and the service and craftsmanship I received from Jeff and his family. I couldn’t recommend him higher absolutely first class and a gentleman.

We had an amazing experience with Jeff and his family . My fiance bought my engagement ring there, and we just bought our wedding bands! I wanted a morganite stone for my engagement ring, and he did a beautiful job with it. The rings are beautiful and are of good quality. Great service.
