There should be an option for 0 stars!!! The most horrible experience ever! My first time there. I wanted something simple and she couldn't even do what I asked. She used dirty tools because while filing my nails she cut me and it got infected and my whole nail came off! The very next day my finger was swollen, red and in pain and you could see where it was infected. (The last picture is what she did, the rest is the process of my nail falling off). Never again! I went personally to complain so she could see what she did and she just sat there like an idiot like she didn't understand what I was saying and like she didn't do anything wrong. She didn't even apologize. Then I spoke to Linda who told me she would do my nails for free for a year to compensate. My nail will never be the same and I wouldn't go back there, not even for free! The pain and sensitivity I have to go through and I have to wear a finger glove to cover this finger until it heals! I'm reduced to using press-on nails or painting them myself because I don't trust any of these "Nail Technicians" anywhere.
