I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Acupuncture here is one of the best things I have ever done for my mental and physical health. I don’t know the science behind acupuncture, but whatever they do here works. After my treatment (which typically includes a half hour of acupuncture, followed by a massage and back cracking), I feel like a new person and am rested, rejuvenated, relaxed, and sleep like a rock that night. I have been coming to Hu Acupuncture for about 2 years now and appreciate their attention to detail and pride they take in their work. On my first visit, the doctor spent about 30 minutes talking to me and getting to know me and my health holistically so he could personalize the acupuncture to my needs and goals. For reference, I mainly come here for relief from anxiety, muscle tension, and poor sleep quality. I love that I can walk in whenever I need and I always walk out feeling like a new person. Dr Hu is the best! I developed achilles tendonitis during marathon training and PT was not helping at all - weekly acupuncture and massage here helped so much and I was able to race pain free. Cannot recommend enough!
