From my own experience and opinion, Docteur Wei is among the best dermatologists out here! She and her staff have been so friendly and helpful. I have nails for over ten years and have tried several treatments without improvements. But, once I took contact with her and that in a month, my nails turn automatically healthy. I could not believe. I’m so proud of her and her staff . I highly recommend and that from the experience that I have consulting her, anyone that have fungus issues.

I seriously do not understand the bad reviews; they all seem to be coming from a bunch of whiny, self-titled sensitive folks who are expecting world-class fancy service from a practice that actually accept Medicaid, rather than the end-all-be-all treatment and results. Yes, service may not be the best, but it is the result I’m giving this place 5-stars. I have been coming this WW Dermatology for years, and never had a problem; the wait did take a while and that was because I was always a walk-in, and it seems that these negative reviewers are from walk-ins, which as a result, unfortunately, they no longer accept walk-ins anymore thanks to these folks. The treatment was always on par; they prescribe me topical medication, which my insurance covers majority of the time, so the claim for them to be nothing to be money-hungry is unfairly derogatory and untrue. They always address my issue and administrate the necessary medication either through the pharmacy or in the office through injection or removal. Overall, WW is decent place for dermatological treatment, considering you’re not a difficult, demanding patient. Are you there, caring about some front desk reception or service? Or are you there for solid, end-result treatment? If the former, go elsewhere that will not slight your oversensitive delicate, subjective trivial feelings. If the latter, they’re worth it for better skin.

I came because I had a suspicious symptom and was referred to see a dermatologist. Dr. Wei himself had an impressive background and availability on upcoming Saturdays which I appreciated. He also answered a lot of questions for me. His front desk on the other hand is stressful to deal with. They do not try to work with you or help you understand why they divert from the norm. I think the office uses PAs and nurse practitioners a lot which may be fine for some cases. If you’re trying to gauge something serious, see the doctor. The doctor is good but I don't care for the front desk.

Barron Morgan must be a good friend of this office / doctor. There must be a reason why there are so many bad reviews and I totally agree the bad comments from long waits to different inexperienced dermatologist everyday to bad staff attitude and etc. I had a pimple scar on the back of my neck and I was there for my feet ezcema. While giving me shots on my feet, the doctor saw and asked if I want a shot there to heal the scar on the back of my neck? I was like if it helps, why not. It indeed healed but after a few years, the same spot on the neck had grown an internal cyst. I just had an ultrasound and I am definately looking elsewhere for further diagnose and treatment. Just doesn't make any sense from a simple scar to a cyst, so regret for allowing these inexperienced different dermatologist to misdiagnosed me! Please avoid this office!

Been going here for a while now but after my last visit, I will be searching for a new dermatologist. Doctors are different everyday. Some are nicer than others. I went in on a Tuesday and went through intake, the female doc walks in and goes, "oh you need medicine, I will send it to the pharmacy." Looks at me and says ok, then wants to leave in just 3 min of being in the room. Not even trying to understand what my needs are on the visit. Terrible.
