My children and I have been seeing doctors here for several years. The doctors in this dermatology clinic are very professional and have a very good attitude. I went there several times every Saturday recently. The young female doctor is warm and sincere. We are very satisfied.

The operator at the front desk had a very poor service attitude and actually refused to inquire whether the customer's insurance could be used in their clinic. Maybe it's because they are relatively famous, so they don't care about the patients' feelings. I have only seen this kind of service attitude in China. It's a terrible phone experience!
