Dr. Huang and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, good service

I was super late for my appointment but everyone was so nice and accommodating. I absolutely loved the dental hygienist who was so friendly and explained everything so well. I would definitely recommended this office.

I’ve been taking my grandma here, and last December (yes December 2024) we started the process of making her new dentures because she wanted a new pair.. It is currently November 2025 and we’re still trying to make the new ones fit properly. We’ve came back 20+ times since last year to do adjustments and even had them remake the new dentures thinking the first pair was just faulty but even the second pair was bad. We keep getting told her gums are small, she just has to wear them consistently for 1-2 weeks, but how can she wear dentures that long that constantly fall out of her mouth, cut her gums and cheeks, and is always so loose to the point where she can’t chew and food gets stuck underneath them? We constantly keep coming back and have gave this dentist multiple chances to fix them because about 5-10 years ago they made her last pair which was amazing but it looks like now it’s just not the same quality. She is an 80 year old woman who just wants a new set of teeth, but to have to go through this process of back and forth and being told we’re the problem is frustrating and it’s hard for her, because anyone can have dentures that fit perfectly, you can even research it online. We’re being told her dentures won’t fit perfectly and they will be like this always because “her bone is small”. My other grandma has the same exact bone and gum quality as her in her mouth and was able to get dentures done within 2 weeks and they fit the first time perfectly. I understand 1-2 months, coming back 1-3 times for adjustments, but a year?! That’s insane. And in addition to all of this, we wait 30-90 minutes everytime we come to see the dentist. They overbook all the time, your appointment could be at 12:00 and you won’t be seen until 1:00-1:30. After coming back her 20+ times we have never been seen at the appointment time, always late. My grandma went from saying this is the best dentist ever to saying this is the worst dentist and doctor she’s ever had. I feel terrible for her because all she wanted was a new set of teeth which turned into a rollercoaster of dentist appointments for a whole year. I also personally feel they are very dismissive of my grandma’s problems, like when she says where it hurts, she shows them and they won’t ever ask if this feels better they just tell her to wear it and come back next time. If you want new dentures, I’m sorry but I would not recommend going here. I will say though the front desk staff are very nice and accommodating, if we were ever running late or needed to change appointment times they were always very helpful. We are tired of the back and forth so unfortunately we will be going elsewhere

This is just my SECOND VISIT. the first was just cleaning. so my second visit I was seen on May 25, 2022, at 4 pm at this clinic by Dr. Huang to take out cavities and then filling. He had an assistant who doesn't know what he was doing. He accidentally scrape underneath my tongue and I never notice or felt it because they were using many tools inside my mouth, Dr. Huang might've never noticed it either because both of them didn't say a thing, they just finish and told me not to drink cold and hot drinks should be just the right temperature. I do not want to think that they purposely stayed silent about this and assumed I won't see it. It was so red. I didn't notice this until the next day because no one looks underneath their tongue. I just happen to do it when I was looking in the mirror, checking my fixed teeth then I saw the cut or scrape underneath my tongue. it's not bleeding, it's just hanging, with no pain. BUT THIS is still a big deal and negligence of both the doctor and the assistant. I came there today May 27, 2022, and saw at their office door that they are close from May 27 to May 30th. This is unacceptable/lawsuit/negligence. I wanted to know what they were going to say but they are closed. I went to a regular doctor and confirmed that it is a scrape underneath my tongue and because it's a small scrape, it already healed because it's been almost two days since I was seen, and no sutures were needed because no bleeding, and no pain but it will be just hanging like that. But this is still malpractice in my opinion. Bleeding or not, pain or not, a cut is a cut. I hope after Memorial Day, I get an honest explanation for this! I am not coming back here after all this. Overall, I am still not sure if it was the assistant or Dr. Huang that cut me because they were doing everything together so I'm not sure. Please choose your doctors wisely!
