We have purchase furniture from here many times. Benny and Lisa have been great, we had our furniture scheduled for after Thanksgiving, Benny called and he moved fast to have our furniture delivered. Thank you both for a good customer service.
Fernando was awesome, very informative and helpful with my partner and I in regards to helping us find a couch. We were able to find the perfect couch with him in no time, recommend coming here! THANK YOU FERNANDO!!!
I went to the store to browse furnitures since I am moving. I spoke with to an older man(brown) asked about the pricing and if the items comes in set. He basically said what’s your budget in condescending tone and said bring your husband and will talk and walked away. I thought it’s 2026 not 1826. Since when do you need to have a husband to buy furnitures. I feel such disrespected and left in tears because I recently lost my husband. This is not the way to treat anybody. They need to train their employees regarding their customers service. If they don’t do deal with women for religious reason they need to say so upfront which I respect.
Let me start off by saying this may be my first negative review. I prefer to fix issues directly with management rather than placing a complaint, but complain I must. They have canceled my delivery on the same day of delivery twice already. The second time was the day before Thanksgiving a half hour before the latest of the timeline with little disregard for leaving me without furniture for the holidays. They said a manager would call me and never did. They have not answered my phone calls even when I tried the callback option. I am questioning if this is a legit business at this point. 0/10 do not recommend.
My experience with this store was very disappointing. Customer service is almost nonexistent — they rarely, if ever, answer their phone, which made it impossible to get updates or ask questions about my order. The delivery process was also a major problem. I was told my furniture would arrive within 14 days, but it actually took over a month to receive it. There was no proactive communication, no updates, and no apology for the delay. I had to chase them down repeatedly with no success, which was incredibly frustrating. Delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. After spending a significant amount of money, I expected at least basic professionalism, and unfortunately, this store did not deliver. I would not recommend shopping here if you want reliable service and timely delivery.
