Sure enough, after five times of acupuncture treatment, my thumb was bent and painless. Dr. Lai was able to take care of my mother without hurting her body with food and medicine. This time my mother accidentally sprained her middle finger while working, and this time she also asked Dr. Lai to take care of her hand. Thank Dr. Lai for his careful treatment and reasonable treatment arrangement. Knowing Dr. Lai is good news for patients.

Called for schedule a next day appointment. The clinic front desk told me fully booked and requested me walk in about 9:30 next morning to waiting list. I did next morning. But, The clinic front desk told me fully booked and requested me reschedule another day. I told them why I came. Then, I waited for more than two hours. I told them wait for too long and want to cancel the appointment. The younger receptionist went to talk to the doctor and told me that you were next. But the older receptionist forced to cancel the appointment. I wish this clinic give the staffs more training.

The doctor is good. But the front desk who speaks Cantonese gave me bad attitude each time I visited. I can’t reach out dr lai, otherwise I will definitely complain what happened to him. I won’t come back for sure, and my suggestion is to get a friendly and nice person as your front desk.

My mother has been going to this doctor since 2020 for the shots. Recently in January 2025 she went to get her shots again for her right knee. February comes and she starts to feel pain and swelling the same area where the shots were administered. She went back to him to see what's wrong with her leg, he tells her to get the xrays done. Xrays are done, and so she goes back to him to listen to the report. He only handed her the paper results and said nothing's wrong with her leg, just keep taking medicine. How irresponsible of him! Just because my mother does not know English, he writes it off as just random leg pain that will get better with medicine. She had to go to her primary care doctor to find out that this doctor left out there was a 6 cm cyst behind her knee which was causing her the pain. She asked for a referral to see another doctor who told her the cyst popped and the fluid was causing swelling in her calf. It was a random cyst. This all happened in a span of 3 weeks. My mother couldnt walk much for 3 weeks. Even if the cyst was random, he should've told my mother there was even one there but instead he refused to take responsibility and refused the CD of the xray for my mom, who has the right to look at her own xray. She has been very upset about this and will not go back to him.
