HYRATECH Cellphone & Computer Repair

I am a technician and I have worked with Hyratech on several occasions. There is some technical work I don't have proper equipment to make repairs. They always help me out in a pinch. These guys are great! If your having an issue with your computer, cellphone, or tablet computer, I would definitely let these guys take a look. Labor price is decent.

I needed to fix the battery on my Nexus 6P( Google damaged it but never admitted it). I researched online if I could fix it myself but my screen was cracked on a small part .I decided to leave it to the experts. HYRATECH replaced my mom's Samsung's Galaxy 6 edge plus before and she was happy about it (she got same day service). Came to the store, told them what I needed, they didn't have the battery so they ordered it (they texted me to tell me the part had arrived). It did take nearly 2 weeks but it was ok since this wasn't my everyday phone. I brought my phone over they said my phone would be ready next day. A few hours I got a text from them saying my phone was ready. It was very surprising. Who is gonna get mad if they can fix your stuff faster? That's a win in my book. I'll come back for any of my cellphone issues.

Absolutely fantastic service! I took my phone in to fix a broken charging port, and they resolved it in less than a minute at no charge. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend this place!

I've gone to these guys several times and they are very unprofessional. They set unrealistic dates for projects to be done. Something as simple as replacing my screen took a week. I kept calling and they kept saying tomorrow it will be done. I decided to go into the store and see what was up. The guy said oh yours is almost done, so I asked can I see it. Which he then replied oh were going to start it next. Are you professional or not? A screen replacement is not that hard.i could've ordered the parts and learned to do it myself in that time frame.
