I Repair Cracked Screens

The Tech is a cool dude the store has cool vintage pieces. I had a good conversation with the owner, however he does not repair Apple Watches which is what I went for. I repair is a good name for someone that specializes is Apple products though. Like my I watch

Overall a good experience. They fixed my apple watch for a good price and did a quality job. However they were a little past the 10 day time period they promised and the customer service was questionable. The man that worked with me while picking up the watch was on the phone the whole time and barely communicated with me, not sure if it was a work call or not. There was little direction while picking up the watch, but considering the good price and short time frame I was willing to see past that. I do recommend "I repair cracked screens" for a quick and reliable repair.

This place is not bad. They did a wonderful job fixing my phone and the price was manageable. The only reason why they did not get a 5-star was because they did not connect me when they received the new screen for my cell phone. I made a full payment. I was told I would receive a phone call when the new screen arrived. The new screen arrived on Wednesday. If I did not call them on Friday it may have taken over a week to get my cell phone screen fixed. Outside of that, this is a good place to get your devices fixed. I have a Huawei phone and they were able to get the parts ($135).

This place repaired the front and back screen of my galaxy s20+. The owner, or whoever answers the phone (I think his name is Ari), was great, and went above and beyond to get my phone delivered to me at work. But the actual tech who fixed the phone wasn't all that friendly, and he forgot to put my phone case back on, so I had to go back to their store the next day anyway. Also three different people told me the phone would be ready in 3 hrs, so I promptly traveled from Jersey City within that window, and they hadn't even started the phone after the 3 hrs. All in all, the place is fine, but don't go there if you're in a rush, and don't expect the nicest experience.

Avoid this business at all costs. The owner is obnoxious and treats his customers as adversaries rather than someone to be won over. I went in to have a phone repaired, but my insurance requires a written estimate before they would approve a repair. They looked at it and quoted me a price for repair, I asked for the quote in writing so I could take it to my insurance and was told there is a charge of $40 to put a quote in writing, which gets deducted from the repair bill. I pointed out that $40 to print something is excessive and was told that they can "charge me $40 for he likes" including talking to me on the phone and now accuses me of trying to scam my insurance. This is not a business that values its customers, beware! As you can see from his reaction to me, he cares not about his customers. In my experience those who are quick to accuse others of being bad actors do so because that is reflective of their own state of mind. Do not waste your time here they won’t appreciate it.
