After visiting a few other places, I had a truly pleasant experience selling my car here. I initially made an appointment over the phone and received some great advice to come in during the week rather than the weekend to save time. I worked with Cody C, who was the highlight of the experience. He was incredibly professional, polite, and genuinely respectful of our needs, making us feel like valued clients rather than just another transaction. He clearly knows his line of work inside and out. The inspection process was thorough—they checked everything from the exterior and interior to the Carfax, tire tread, using a ODB scanner to check for error codes. Despite the detail, the wait for the offer was about ~10 minutes after the inspection. The final offer was very fair and aligned perfectly with the Kelley Blue Book value we had researched. Once we accepted, the paperwork was straightforward and they cut us a check on the spot. The entire process took less than two hours on an early evening. It is truly a pleasure to do business with people who are this transparent and efficient. I’m so glad we worked with Cody C and highly recommend him!
Classic bait and switch. They dressed it up as a January sale. Traveled 4hrs to view a car that was listed for the same price across their website and several other car listing sites that they had put up - for them to tell me it was an error on their part and the car had been undervalued. They then proceeded to try to sell me another car, same spec but older model but the car had a previous accident, thank goodness for CarFax, the car had punctured exhaust even though it was a 2024 car. Before I knew it was a dud, considering I travelled from far I was trying my best to make it work and asked if they’d repair the exhaust that I’d be open to still trying to complete a deal, they refused. Do not trust their 125 point inspection story they wanted to sell an almost new car with problems to me. It’s little effort maximum profit is all they care about. On top of this they had a young lady who had no idea what she was doing be my first point of contact and a finance manager called Carlos who although was dressed in a suit did not have a clue as to what he was doing, throwing numbers out that didn’t make sense. They will pretend to be nice people but it’s the same scamming dealership culture. I spent half a day dealing with these jokers. Learn from my experience, don’t waste your time. Also be careful of their 5 star review on KBB (Kelly Blue Book) as they’ve found a way to scam to make it look like they are a 5 star dealership but no reviews come up when you try to view.
