They don’t deserve the one star! NEVER AGAIN! Notice on most of the five star Reviews only 1 Review were given which if you’re smart you can figure out they made up these Reviews just to get a good reputation. This Small Pharmacy business is the worst. They are not organized especially with their delivery drivers & the customer ends up waiting all day at home for the medication to be delivered. This was on going & complained on numerous occasions & nothing was done. Jonathan called me & asking for new insurance info & ended up not filling the prescription which was sent from the Doctor. He is an arrogant individual & not sure what he asked for new Insurance info & not fill the Prescription. This seems shady on their part. Not trust worthy.

My recent experience with NOT ideal pharmacy. I called them in the morning, and they promised delivery around lunch time. “Driver will call you” they said. I called them again in the evening and they said “Sorry, driver will call you very soon and make delivery”. So the driver who barely speaks English called me after 8pm and said “come and meet me. I’m outside your building complex. “

I’ve been waiting for my medicine which I’ve been talking to whoever works there and they said they were waiting for the chart from tn doctor for approval now then tell me after it’s sent they don’t take my insurance company which is metro plus which they do take from what I know since they delivered to my house on two fridays ago under the same coverage….and so they told me to try CVS
