Fast and easy! I cracked my screen and came into ifix. They didn’t have my screen in stock so they picked up one from another location for me :) . They told me to come back in 40 minutes, and it was ready then and looked good. Overall it was seamless and quick !

I just want to say I came here in a frantic because ai thought I broke my DJI Rs3 pro ronin LED Display screen and also to fix a screw that was loose. To my surprise it was the screen protector that was cracked not the actual screen praise Jesus! Dima was the repair technician on site that helped relieve me of that stress and also helped and showed me how to tighten my ronin in case it becomes loose again! I would recommend this place to everyone. He was very kind ! And he was also very patient God bless you Dima!!

Affordable prices for repairs and super quick! They replaced my scratched camera lens on my Samsung S24 in less than 40 minutes. They had to order the part for me, but it only took a couple days to come in and I was able to pop by after work. Nice and super chill guys. Would go there again!

I went to the iFix NY Midtown location with an iPad Air that had suddenly stopped working, point blank, out of nowhere, and a pair of SONY WH1000XM-3 earbuds that still worked great (purchased in 2020 or 2021) but the battery life had significantly deteriorated -- they last 8 hours new, and I was down to about maybe 2 hours. Even though I brought both in, they asked for a $75 diagnostic fee which would go toward any repair I proceeded with. I left my items with them and after a few days, they told me the motherboard on the iPad would need fixing which was $200+, so I said no thanks, but that the repair for the earbuds would be $120. I had looked up how to repair the earbuds myself, so I knew the parts alone were about $60. However, it turned out they did not apply my $75 diagnostic fee for my iPad to the earbuds, so I paid $75 plus $120 -- almost $200. They repaired them quickly, but when i went to pick up the items, they had put sticky barcode labels on each of them - including across the whole front top of my earbud charging case. I understand that for tracking purposes, but I had to ask the man at the desk to remove the label, which then left a sticky smear, which I also had to ask him to remove. For $120, you'd think that would be obvious. On top of that, starting about 4 months after the repair, I noticed the battery charge on the earbuds *again* significantly deteriorated to 1-2 hours per wear. Keep in mind: I charge the case, I keep the headphones away from unusual weather or dust, etc. For $120, that seems unusual to me. The earbuds also sometimes say "Low battery" and then proceed to work for a long time, which makes me wonder if they were installed correctly. I asked the shop if they would consider looking at the batteries, and they said, "Our battery repair comes with a 30-day warranty, and what you're experiencing is likely due to normal wear and tear." Sorry, but unless you used cheap, bad third-party batteries -- when I know genuine Sony batteries are available -- for $120, on top of a $75 diagnostic fee, I feel pretty ripped off. They were friendly and courteous in person, but I just don't feel great about paying for *almost* 1/2 the cost of the earbuds only to tell me the battery is back to baseline in less than 6 months. (I don't use them constantly, maybe 4 hours tops on some heavy use days but definitely less on others and they can barely make it through a 1-hour audiobook listening session.) I feel ripped off, and I wish they had told me the repair wouldn't last more than 6 months because I wouldn't have wasted my money - especially if the repair is only backed for a single month. They didn't tell me any of that before the repair, of course, because they wanted some easy money. That's basically saying I paid $24/month for the last 5 months to have crappy battery life on my earbuds, holding charge for 60-90 minutes or less, just like I started with. I won't be coming back.
