Absolutely the best Ciabatta you can buy, you've never had a sandwich until you've had it on this.

I miss your excellent twisted semolina bread covered with sesame seeds and semolina flour. Why did you stop using semolina flour?

Excellent Southern Italian bakery with a great selection of breads, biscuits, Italian cookies and pastries. This place is famous for their prosciutto bread and their onion bread. However the pane di casa is awesome as well. Most items are produced on the premises by very talented bakers. Service is friendly, fast and professional.

The bakery is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. They sell wholesale and retail baked goods. The items available for purchase were limited. I purchased several dessert options. The taste and flavor were average. Customer service could be improved.
