I have been seeing Caitlin for a year now and she is just wonderful. I originally went for perimenopausal migraines, which have gotten a little better. I did not expect all the other results I have been seeing in terms of overall well-being, feeling much less reactive, imaptient and stressed, my tightness in shoulders and neck that she relieved better than I experienced with any massage, and overall balance and calmness in my body that I didn't know I needed. Caitlin is warm, intuitive and caring, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Caitlin is the absolute best. She helped me through so many things during pregnancy and postpartum - blood sugar, sleep, mood, muscle pain - including acute pain immediately postpartum. She is kind, patient, and thorough and made me feel so cared for through all my needs. Could not recommend more!

She has helped keep me steady through a difficult diagnosis, and my appointments with her are a bright spot in this tough time. The Inner Yin space is also gorgeous, clean, and incredibly calming.
